RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to love your Symila purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of delivery.

Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase on SymilaFashion.com.

 

Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Be free of damage, odors, hairs, or signs of wear
  • Include proof of purchase
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total store credit issued.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Symila is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.


Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or coupon purchases
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request store credit once your return is approved and processed, then place a new order for the desired item.
